Knowing our FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS......

This is something we all learnt in Civics in class 6..... there are set of rights that each individual in this country should know and use. These are Civil Liberties that guaranty  that all Indians live their lives in peace and harmony. These rights applies to each citizen of this country and i believe each one should be aware of these right and fight for these rights irrespective of race, place of birth, religion, caste, creed, color or gender.
Its sad to know that most people in my country are not even aware of their rights, they are exploited due to unawareness and how do we increase awareness its simple by educating our future generations. Every child has the right to education. I was impressive to know that our literacy rate increased from 65.38% to 74% in 2011 however we still need to work on the rest 26% that is still illiterate..

It is our duty as the young minds of India to initiate, volunteer and work towards the change. One thing that i came across a few days ago was a similar initiative call Teach for India. Teach For India believes that it will take a movement of leaders with the idealism, belief, skills and commitment to actualize this vision. They are committed to finding, developing and supporting India’s brightest, most promising leaders for this to happen. This was defiantly very interesting..... although i would not be able to volunteer for this initiative but would defiantly want to be a part of it through as a contribution which I can afford.

It is very important for us to understand our Rights and Duties, as an Indian i feel that each and every citizen is responsible to bring that change that every country needs. Like they say Every country is not Perfect, We make it Perfect.

Daughter of India "Being Raped"

Yet another girl goes through the pain of getting Raped by 2 Spineless Bastards, Daughters of india are neither safe in their Mothers womb nor are they safe out side. The irony here is that this time its a 5 year old innocent girl who is fighting with her life. You know when Nirbhaya was raped on Dec 16th (May her soul rest in Peace) Some men in my country said " women today dress inappropriately which is provoking", My question to them is.... What provoking clothes did that little girl wear to go through such pain.

Child Abuse is such a sensitive issue, according to Delhi Police this was the 5th case of Child abuse this month, not only that from January 1st till March 31st there were 393 cases reported in Delhi itself leave apart the entire country. In another report from UNICEF is state that over 7,200 children are Raped every year in India, in 2011 itself 30,000 crimes against children were reported and many cases go unreported. How can anyone feel safe in such situation.
Its painful to know about such things happening in my city, The city i call my home, the city I love, now is becoming a nightmare for everyone. The so called Delhi Police is filled with a bunch of corrupt officers. The men who have been assigned to protect us are the ones who are bribing the little girls parents so that they don't report the incident. On the other hand we have the ACP who Slapped one of the lady protesters. I mean what does he think he is, who gave him the right to raise his hands on a woman.
It really is disheartening to see such things happen in my Own country. This brutality would only stop when each little boy is taught to respect woman and gender equality. Every mother should make it a point that all her children are educated and there is no difference between her Sons and Daughters. The change has to be from within, Like they say Charity begins at home similarly, A Change within today Changes the society tomorrow and we need to work towards a better tomorrow.

For now I just want to pray for the Little girl, May she get justice and those 2 men be punished as severely as possible.

King Khan!!!

King Khan..... that's a name that is recognized by over a billion people across the globe, no doubt the man carries this name pretty well. Shahrukh Khan is not just a name he is a legend, in true manner King of Indian cinema. He is a extra ordinary actor, an icon of success, a loving husband and an amazing father.

For me the fascination started when i saw Baazigar way back in 1993 i was a 5 year old kid who had no interest in movies or actors, however Shahrukh just did not go out of my mind, I guess that was just the beginning after that i have watch every movie that has started him, some have been below expectation and most have lived up to his Brand name SRK!!! I honestly cant say that I am obsessed with SRK with all due respect to people who are obsessed with him i know i am no where in that race I simply adore him for what he is. His Stardom has never got him off the ground, i feel that he is a very humble person.

People say that he cant act or he has a single track style of acting... but i believe that he is not just an Actor he is a performer, i mean the name Shahrukh Khan sells not only in India its all over the world woman as well as men go crazy hearing his name.

I believe he is an inspiration for many people including me he started from the scratch i saw this in one of his documentary where he said that when he came to Bombay he only had Fifteen Thousand Rupees that he had earned from working in Fauji and Circus. The journey from being a Delhi boy to the King of romance is commendable and no one has the right to Judge him on any grounds.

I recently watched Jab tak hai jaan, and My god what can i say he stole my heart all over again. The Major Samar Anand look was killer i simply loved and and no doubt the movie was amazing. Also a i was a little nostalgic towards the movie as it was Yash Chopra's last movie. As always after i watched the movie i waited for the DVD to release for my SRK collection and i can proudly say i have all his movies in DVD's so that i can watch them when i want.
Last but not the least SRK is not just a name its a Brand people look up to.... Love you Shahrukh....!!!

New Apartment.....

Its been so long since i last updated my blog, well honestly alot has happened since, but majorly i have been busy with work, honestly its funny how my work has kept me busy but still there are times i look forward to going back to office strange in it. Well apart from that i just moved into a new apartment this was is for sure bigger that the last one i mean the old house was more of an studio apartment all i had was one room a kitchen and a bathroom. However the new house is slightly bigger in terms of space and rent, trust me when i say that im am now paying double the amount of rent in this house than what i payed in the old house. Anyways all that does not matter, what matters is that im happy and i like this place. Although i have not yet furnished the house that much yet but i have in mind many DIY projects in mind which i plan to do in the next few months as for now im just gonna relax and plan stuff.

If you have any DIY idea's please do share via Comments....
